17 Elements was founded by Paul Hodges in 2012 after years of utilizing the power of Lean principles at hundreds of companies. The power of Lean in the transformation of both processes and culture is one of the most powerful techniques a Company can utilize to bring rapid change. Our goal is to share to help organizations master these skills. We have assembled a powerful team of passionate Lean practitioners to help train, guide and teach others how to see and remove waste from their organizations.

After years of studying and applying several aspects of Lean principles, 17 key attributes of a Lean culture have emerged and can be used across all businesses - large or small, in every sector - from manufacturing to service to healthcare.
